Can my EIFS home or property be repaired?

The simple answer is, absolutely. Most minor dings and impact damage can be touched up to match any finish coat. We use only industry-approved top-coats offered by EIFS manufacturers. Unfortunately, distributors don’t sell these elastomeric and acrylic-based products to the general public. For peace of mind, the best approach for EIFS repairs is to do your homework.

For major impact damage, the repair process can vary due to site conditions, but typically we cut out the damaged EIFS, fill it with a patch made from EPS, the basecoat, and finish coat.

The color of the new finish will match the original EIFS, but most of the time the repair still needs to be painted. Colors that appear to match at first may fade with time, so for larger repairs, resurfacing from stopping point to stopping point is recommended.
